TE LA (Text Local Alignement)

The deoxyribonucleic acid or DNA is a nucleic acid that contains the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms. This information is encoded by a sequence of four types of molecules called bases: adenine, thymine, cytosine and guanine.

Is there any internal structure in the relationship between the descriptions of science and city? Is there any self-repeating pattern that may characterize this relationship?
We have built a device to help the viewer visualize relationships between the narration of two videos from Science of the City  Video Contest using a local alignment (TE).

This proposal works exploring the transcripts of the videos:  “City Sounds- A New Source of Energy?” of Emily DeHority  and “Why the planet Earth changes?” of Universidad de los Niños
